There are several options to make round corners on sheets with your punching machine:
1.) SF14-Tool
- Simple radius tool
- for Rotation machines
(The contour is made with a 1 mm / 2° taper to blend overlapping cuts).
2.) SF6-Rool
- 4-way-identical radius tool
- for all machines
- for simultaneous punching of 4 identical radii
(The contour is made with a 1 mm / 2° taper to blend overlapping cuts).
3.) SF6-Tool with a different radius
- for rotation machines
- for insert tooling on manual machines. Available with alignment stops for the sheet on dies.
