We test all special tools on one of our 3 testing machines. You will therefore receive together with your special tool:
- general drawing
- technical settings related to your machine
- sample sheet plate manufactured on our tooling machine
- on request, a dxf file to facilitate programming
 We are also able to produce sheet samples for the embossing stations –33 mm and –60 mm and for the 70x90 and 90x90
stations on our testing machine.
With our broad and comprehensive experience in special tooling we are, for the most part, able to keep a stock of pre-manufactured semi-finished products. This generally allows us to realise very
short delivery times for custom-built special tools (and in spare-part deliveries).
The delivery time for standardised special tools is 3-4 days; for complete special tools approx. 7 working days.
The catalogues are using the Acrobat®-Reader from Adobe®, which has to be installed as a plugin.
