Problem solving:
Scratches on the bottom part of the material are minimized
Additional lower based is sealed against allowing metal shavings to build-up
within the lower base. This reduces build-up of shavings that can cause premature
tool wear.
Function:
Elastic rubber insert has the required properties to support the material weight when
moving the material. This eliminates "metal to metal" contact, where most scratches orccur.
Ensuring no "metal to metal" contact during the forming process the rubber insert travels the same distance as the stripper plate. Keeping the material raised throughout the forming
process.
