 PASS 90° Form Tool for use in punching machines for exact 90°
bends:
- for Aluminium & Mild Steel s = 0.5 - 2.0 mm (.020" - .080") without the need of different inserts
- for Stainless Steel s = 0.5 - 1.5 mm (.020" - .060") without the need of different inserts
- Height of tab is limited by machine type (e.g. Trumpf-maschines up to 22 mm (.87") tab height)
- Tab widths up to 50 mm (2")
- Simple forming tool programming
- Even slight over-bending (approx. 91-93°) is possible
