TRUMPF Special Tools

Being the market leader in special toolings, our innovations, such as the PASS Pivot 90° Form Tool or tools for the production of small parts, represent a particularly attractive alternative to the production of parts on large presses.

In the area of high-quality, technically complex special solutions with special tools, PASS occupies a secure market position that is recognized by market experts, both in Germany and abroad. Well-known firms and brands in Germany and abroad form a broad and solid customer portfolio.       

In the different program sections of the standardized special tools section, you will find tools for Thread Forming, Counter Sink, (endless) Louvers, Dimples (for welding), Half shear, Continuous Beading, Letter Marking, Ground Symbols and Hinge and Card Guides.

We test all special tools on one of our 3 testing machines. You will therefore receive together with your special tool:

• general drawings
• technical settings related to your machine
• sample sheet plate manufactured on our testing machine
• on request, a dxf file to facilitate programming

With our broad and comprehensive experience in special tooling we are, for the most part, able to keep a stock of pre-manufactured semi-finished products. This generally allows us to realize very short delivery times for custom-built special tools (and in spare-part deliveries).

The delivery time for standardized special tools is 3-4 days; for complete special tools approx. 7 working days.
