PASS Stanztechnik AG from Creussen celebrates its 25th anniversary this year. Started in 1995 with 33 employees, the medium-sized family business, in the meanwhile managed by the second generation, now employs more than 160 people, 20 of them are trainees.

Also this year we were able to help some of the many important social projects with 1.500 Euro each during the Christmas season.
Almost every day you can read about „the lack of skilled workers”. PASS has always attached great importance to recruiting employees from its own staff through qualified training. Also the mechanism of the own apprenticeship center represents a milestone for the winning of the own specialists. With this step the basis is fixed.. On Wednesday, 28.11.2018, teachers from various schools, employees of the Employment Agency and the SchoolEconomy Working Group as well as the Director of the Education Authority, Mr. Lutz, visited us. The training manager, Markus Bäuml, welcomed all visitors and expressed his appreciation for this information event.
