Some time ago, we integrated PU-coated stripper for tooling system TRUMPF into our portfolio. These strippers have become an important part of daily working life for many of our customers. Due to the high demand for this application, we have also significantly increased our stock of standard stripper with PU-coating so that just-in-time delivery can take place.

The success of this innovation was accompanied by the customer‘s wish to produce such strippers for Multitools as well.

The topic of „knock-outs direct on bendings“ in order to break out pre-defined knock-outs properly and easily has already been solved with our ps:^®knock-out.

However, knock-outs are also required for larger sizes. In this case, it is the best to work with connections which - depending on the application - can be connected more or less firmly to the sheet.

Typically, such work is still carried out on large presses.

The PASS assembly sockets - made of plastic material - allow an optimal handling for the assemby and disassemby of tools for the THICK TURRET tooling system.

The stable but light PASS adapter allows an easy assembly and disassembly of the tools from Station A to E without any problems and without lifting heavy assembling kits within a very short time. The inconvenient clamping in a vice is therefore no longer necessary.
